COVID-19 POLICIES

 

CAPACITY POLICY

Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm to 2am

IN ACCORDANCE WITH Forward Dane indoor Gathering & TABLE CAPACITY Requirement

Bowling Center
• Reservations Required
(Unless lanes are available)
• Bowling Reservations
Limited to 2 Hours
• Up to 5 people per lane
• Groups up to 10 people max
• No spectators allowed in the
bowling center
Due to capacity restriction everyone in
the bowling center must be bowling.
Restaurant/Bar
• Limit of 50 people at any time.
• Up to 6 people per booth and
4 people per table
• If at Capacity a 1 person out,
1 person in policy followed
• ID must be provided upon
entry for anyone looking
under 40 years old
• Please refrain from standing
at bar or table
• Please wear your mask while
moving throughout the
restaurant area.

 

 

These policies and procedures are designed to keep our employees and guests safe during these difficult times.  Please help us with this goal in every way you can.  If you have any questions, please see a manager for clarification. 

 

Staff Guidelines:

  • Our Staff has a health check before every shift (temperature and other symptoms).
  • Staff will be washing hands for 20 seconds multiple times throughout their shift.
  • Staff will be refraining from touching their face.
  • Kitchen staff will be wearing and changing gloves on a regular basis.

 

Building Guidelines:

  • Entry doors will be cleaned and disinfected every half hour.
  • Bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected every half hour.
  • The entire building is cleaned and disinfected nightly.
  • All cleaning and disinfecting will be done with approved disinfectants for COVID-19.

 

Bowling Center:

  • Social distancing at the front desk is marked. 
  • Front desk will be disinfected after each customer (Please wait for staff to direct you to the desk).
  • Shoes will be sprayed and disinfected after each use (Phase 2).
  • Each Pair of lanes has 8 to 10 bowling balls on it.  These are the same balls on each pair of lanes.  Please only use the bowling balls on your pair of lanes.  If you need additional bowling balls or cannot find one that fits correctly, see a staff member (Phase 2).
  • One lane will be unused between all groups of bowlers.
  • Once a customer leaves, we will clean the seating, scoring console, and all bowling balls on that pair of lanes. 
  • Please leave any food or beverages you have purchased on the lane.  We will be happy to clean up! 

 

Bar Area:

  • Tables have been placed 6 feet apart from each other.
  • We have separated every 2 barstools 6 feet apart. 
  • When a customer leaves a table or the bar we will be cleaning and sanitizing the bar, table and chairs before the next customer is seated.
  • If you want to play darts, please see a bartender.  Darts will be supplied and then the darts and dart board will be cleaned and sanitized between groups. 
  • Gaming Machines:  We will be cleaning and sanitizing all gaming machines and bar stools in-between customers.  Please let a staff member know when you leave a machine. 

 

Patio and Volleyball Areas:

  • Tables have been arranged to practice social distancing. 
  • We have separated every 2 barstools 6 feet apart. 
  • Same table and bar policies inside apply outside.
  • Volleyballs will be cleaned and disinfected after each match.
  • Bags boards and the bags themselves will be cleaned and disinfected after each match.

 

Drink and Food Service:

  • Single-use items will be used as much as possible.
    • Ketchup and Mustard packs
    • Salt and pepper packs
    • Wrapped straws
  • Menus will be available as a paper copy that can be thrown away or by scanning our Menu QR Code on your phone.
  • Table caddies and coasters will be removed.
  • Fruit will only be available upon request.
  • New glass will be given out with each drink order.

 

Curbside Pickup:

  • Our staff will have a mask and gloves on when delivering your food to your car.
  • If you want to come in and pick up your food, you can do that as well – just let us know!
